Setelah 56 tahun berlalu sejak kompetisi olahraga empat tahunan itu diselenggarakan pada tanggal 24 Agustus - 4 September 1962 pada masa lampau, Ibu Pertiwi kembali mendapatkan kesempatan menjadi tuan rumah di ajang olahraga bergengsi Asian Games ke-18 Tahun 2018. Sayap Sang Garuda boleh kembali dikembangkan, dan Sang Saka Merah Putih boleh kembali menjadi pertimbangkan bagi dunia luar terhadap bangsa kita.
